Hugo E. Silva is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Department of Transport Engineering and Logistics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (2008) and his Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering (2010) from Universidad de Chile. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from VU University in 2014.
